Milford Village is a 216-acre master-planned community including medical facilities, senior housing, at-market housing, and several retail centers. This site is anchored by the LifeQuest Nursing Center, LifeSpan Child Care Center and The Village at LifeQuest a 120 unit assisted living facility. Future plans for the site include 40-bed dementia/memory care building, two (2) 225 unit congregate care independent living complexes, over 300 open market apartments, 75 townhomes and cottages, two (2) 45,000 SF retail centers, a banquet hall, and several restaurants.
St. Lukes Hospital purchased 30 acres of the site and construct an 80-bed, 131,000 SF facility offering ample parking, spacious private rooms, critical care, surgical services, a large emergency room, four operating rooms, state-of-the-art Interventional Radiology lab, diagnostic radiology, and additional lab services.

St Lukes Hospital
St. Lukes Hospital has purchased 30 acres of the site. The newly constructed St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus is a patient and family-friendly modern hospital, providing comprehensive care and advanced technology to area residents.

A progression of life services, beginning with day care and culminating with nursing home facilities, will be operated within the village by LifeQuest.
